Job Description
The objective of the role:
● Dealing with all HR issues (Recruitment, selection, interviewing, training, appraisal, legal issues -compensation, and development) from A to Z (Planning, execution, evaluation, and continual improvement of the system) to implement policies and procedures to provide an effective employee relations service and to encourage harmonious industrial relations in the organization.
Responsibilities:
● Prepare and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees acquire the necessary skills in an effective and timely process.
● Formulate training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
● Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate the performance of instructors and monitor the progress of trainees.
● Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, and computer-based training.
● Identify and evaluate related metrics and goals to continuously improve offerings.
● Coach and support managers with performance management issues and help them in preparing periodic evaluation reports.
● Participate in the hiring process by selecting qualified job applicants or referring them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
● Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
● Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
● Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
● Maintain and update human resources documents, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms.
