Job Description

- We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Expert to join our organization and implement various human resources programs - Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive HR experience who will contribute at HR related Processes such as job analysis, recruitment and staffing, socialization, performance management, training and development and HR surveys. - coordinate interviews, training sessions, pre, and onboarding process - Update personal database in the system - Provide performance reports - personnel training planning and needs assessment procedures. - coordinate , and documentation for staff hiring. - Developing human resource instructions and Job analysis. - Work on HR projects as directed by supervisor.

Requirements

- At least Two years of working in HR Department - Effective Communication skill - Having good knowledge of HRM activities - Excellent time management and perfect attention to details - Energetic, learner, team player, creative - Bachelor of Related Fields - Be familiar with the English language - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office - Mastery of all types of job interviews - acquaintance with the training process
