- Objective of the role: Increase the speed and quality of the sales process, Retaining the customer, Keeping the business on the technology edge.
- List of responsibilities: Meet customers on daily basis, Support the customer on the issues they face, review the orders and issue requested invoices
- Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries.
- Reporting to: Managing Director.
- Subordinates: Sales representatives, Sales Supervisors, Salesman, Employees and Warehouse issues.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8am- 4:30pm.
- Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Sales commission, End of year profit share .
- University Qualifications: Bachelor of Business, Master of Business Administration.
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years experience as Manager, Experience in managing the distribution industry.
- Specialist knowledge: Full knowledge in terms of sale and distribution in Isfahan province.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, Adaptability, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills.
