Job Description

-Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports of leave, overtime, and other such admin ones -Produce and submit reports on general HR activity -Manage interviews, training sessions, pre, and onboarding process -Manage administrative HR Tasks -Conduct all health insurance programs -Update personal database in the system -Provide performance reports -Employee's contract termination -Registration of new employees in the relevant insurance branches

Requirements

-At least 5 years of experience in the human resources department or administrative department -Proficiency in MS office -Effective communication skill -Having good knowledge of HRM activities -Mastering the concepts and processes of human resources -Fluent in classifying jobs, calculating salaries and issuing rulings -Fluent in analyzing and developing organizational charts -Excellent time management and perfect attention to details -Energetic, learner, team player, creative -Ability to work autonomously -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35 -Gender Preference: Female
