Job Description
• Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
• Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
• Offer specific training and HR development programs to enhance and improve job skills.
• Present information of HR development and also training by using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
• Obtain, organize, or develop training and development procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
• Present principles and methods for development and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
• Work on business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and coordination of resources.
