Job Description

•Main Objective: We’re looking for a creative and energetic HR Business Partner who can straddle both the strategic and tactical elements of the role in our fast-moving start-up team. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment process, performance management, workforce planning and analytics. •Main Responsibilities -Work closely managers and directors by offering thought leadership regarding organizational design, and execution -Partner with managers to help them build and develop their people and organizations -Empower managers to develop their teams -Work side by side with operational team members -Proactively analyze and identify complex people issues and trends and provide appropriate recommendations -Partner with the recruiting team to ensure we are hiring the best employees and in other areas of HR as appropriate (HR operations, systems benefits)

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree, highly preferred in Industrial Engineering and management fields -Over 2 years of experience operating as business partner or manager for dynamic, growing organizations -Experience with the following areas: recruitment, performance management, employee relations, retention programs, operations, and workforce planning -Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced, and feedback driven environments -Preferred experience within the technology space -Ability to “catch the ball” when it’s thrown Excellent communication and organizational skills -Flexible, level-headed, confident, and respectful in all situations -Ideal Age Range: 24 - 32
