Requirements
-Bachelor's degree, highly preferred in Industrial Engineering and management fields
-Over 2 years of experience operating as business partner or manager for dynamic, growing organizations
-Experience with the following areas: recruitment, performance management, employee relations, retention programs, operations, and workforce planning
-Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced, and feedback driven environments
-Preferred experience within the technology space
-Ability to “catch the ball” when it’s thrown Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Flexible, level-headed, confident, and respectful in all situations
-Ideal Age Range: 24 - 32
