Job Description
● Organize the GM’s calendar, coordinate day-to-day details of business operations, and ensure the availability of agendas or relevant data for meetings.
● Prepare the needed documents, memos, agreements, etc.
● Handle and screen all phone calls, e-mails, faxes, memos, and mails of the GM.
● Arrange the archive and filing of the office (Office Management).
● Organize GM travel arrangements (check visas, arrange tickets/hotel booking, and check passport validity, invitation letters, travel expenses, and requests).
● Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post
● Prepare letters and translate documents.
● Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems
● Handle the office administration tasks.
● Coordinate with other departments regarding inter-related activities.
● Communicate with external suppliers, clients, or other needed contacts where applicable.
● Support office staff on required administrative activities or stationary needs.
