Position Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial manager to oversee and manage all financial aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial regulations in the pharmaceutical sector. This role is critical in ensuring financial health, supporting business growth, and maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, ROI on R&D projects, and cost optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Iran’s financial regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific standards.
- Proficiency in financial software.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
