Job Description

Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
•Supervise and develop the finance team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
•Design and implement financial procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
•Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and working capital to maintain optimal liquidity for daily operations.
•Analyze sales performance, distribution costs, and branch profitability to support strategic decision-making.
•Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive management regarding business growth, and expense optimization.
•Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
•Conduct periodic reviews to identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities.
•Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
Requirement:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting,
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management (preferably in FMCG or distribution industry).
•Strong knowledge of tax, accounting standards, and relevant laws.
•Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
•High attention to detail and accuracy.
•Leadership and team management abilities.
