Position Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial manager to oversee and manage all financial aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial regulations in the pharmaceutical sector. This role is critical in ensuring financial health, supporting business growth, and maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
Manage internal and external audits.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Evaluate investment opportunities, ROI on R&D projects, and cost optimization strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector.
In-depth knowledge of Iran’s financial regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific standards.
Proficiency in financial software.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
