Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced automotive industry Factory Manager to supervise factory staff and ensure that factory targets are met. The Factory Manager's responsibilities include scheduling building and equipment maintenance as needed, regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff, and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner. He should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Job Description : - Develop budgets or approve expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring that materials, labour, or equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets - Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality. - Prepare and maintain production reports or personnel records - Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems - Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations - Conducting and managing the factory to increase productivity - Manage and supervise staff, preparing work schedules, and assigning specific duties - Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety

Requirements

- B.S degree in Industrial Engineering or similar relevant field. - 10 years of experience with various aspects of business such as production, HR, marketing, supply and demand management, safety and others, at least 5 years as an automotive factory manager - Experience in Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees - In-depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources) - Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proactive problem solver - Preferred location: Markazi province, Tehran (4 days of the week he should stay at Khomein) - Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control - Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP system - Excellent English language skills, written and spoken - Outstanding time management skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong management and leadership skills - Effective communication skills
