Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced automotive industry Factory Manager to supervise factory staff and ensure that factory targets are met. The Factory Manager's responsibilities include scheduling building and equipment maintenance as needed, regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff, and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner. He should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Job Description :
- Develop budgets or approve expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring that materials, labour, or equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets
- Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
- Prepare and maintain production reports or personnel records
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations
- Conducting and managing the factory to increase productivity
- Manage and supervise staff, preparing work schedules, and assigning specific duties
- Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety
