A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Coordinate the development and implementation of the factory's/project's SHE strategy and program.
Ensure the achievement of SHE objectives. Monitor and communicate on performance.
Ensure that all legal requirements concerning OSH and R and Environment are fully implemented.
Monitor and report on compliance with company policy and legal requirements for all OSH and R and environmental issues, as well as company principles, policies, and requirements related to SHE, including NCE, TPM, LEAN, NEMS, and NSMS.
Manage NIMS as a joint responsibility with quality.
Develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc.)
Implement, control, maintain, and improve the SHE management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification. Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the SHE programs as well as exercising functional leadership of the TPM SHE pillars.
Provide coaching and support on the shop floor, in order to achieve the SHE objectives and to ensure SHE becomes/remains everyone's responsibility. Ensure that SHE performance data is available and correctly managed.
Promote the awareness of SHE.
Champion the plant's SHE risks assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action, and auditing, as well as ensuring a focus on BBS and culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety and Occupational Health.
3 years of operational experience in SHE in different fields like construction, FMCG, etc.
Upper Intermediate in English, written and spoken.
