Job Description
- Active and capable in coordinating and managing all related departments in the factory (including production, quality, planning, etc.)
- Ability to lead and develop the human resources capabilities throughout the continuous training and leading cross-functional and problem solving teams.
-Ability to analyze processes with the aim of increasing productivity and delivering the targets in all related processes.
-Budgeting cost controlling and planning all current and development projects.
-Implementing the required standards such as food safety, production, technical and rest of related standards
