Job Description
● Following up tasks as delegated by the CEO and reporting directly to the managing director, the executive assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
● Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
● Providing direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and meetings, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list.
● Organizing, planning, and following up the internal activities related to the management.
● Preparing official letters, checking all the emails of the company, checking faxes, answering and directing phone calls.
● Managing visitors and coordinating for the reception of guests.
● Managing all communication affairs such as transportation, food, etc.
● Managing office budgets.
