Job Description

- Organize, plan & follow up the internal activities related to the management (EVP). - Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination - Handle Employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. - Managing office budgets. - Managing all communication affairs and correspondences such as official letters, emails, faxes, Answer and direct phone calls. - Maintain scheduling and calendars and conducting meeting requests for employees and guests. - High level of communication, team work and organization skills. - Maintain an effective computer-based filing system and manual filing system (where appropriate) - Managing internal and international travel arrangements, and accommodation affairs. - Office located in Jordan

Requirements

- Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening). - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Related fields (all management field, English language and other related fields). - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and outlook. - Minimum 1 year of related experience. - IT skills and excellent typing skills in both Farsi & English. - Professional skills including time management, interpersonal ability and customer management service - Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines - Having a Committed, Integrated and Knowledgeable approach in the work place - Ability of Self-Learning: always be ready to extend your knowledge frontiers. - Being smart, emotionally mature and have self-confident
