Job Description

-Following up tasks as delegated by the CEO and Reporting directly to the Managing director, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. -Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting. -Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments. -Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments and meetings, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list. -Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to the management. -Preparing official letters, checking all the emails of the company, Checking faxes, Answer and direct phone calls. -Managing office budgets.

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree, Minimum 3 years of related experience. -Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines. -Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skill. -Leadership and the ability to ‘make things happen. -IT skills and excellent typing skills in both Farsi & English. -Excellent in MS office and outlook. -Ability of Self-Learning: always be ready to extend your knowledge frontiers. -Attention to detail and being smart. -Adaptability and Be ON Call. -Gender Preference: Female
