Job Description

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including phones, faxes, and emails.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules.
  • The number of staff to be recruited in this position: 1 person.
  • Job duration: permanent position.
  • Desired start date: ASAP.
  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.; Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English Translation/Literature or Public Relations.
  • 5 years of experience.
  • Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), typing, and the Internet.

Specialist knowledge:

  • Familiar with related software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Full knowledge of English including fluency in speaking and writing and listening is demanded.
  • Time management skills.
  • Motivated.
  • Able to prioritize workloads and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Ideal age range: 25 to 35 years old.
