Job Description

  • Provide business and administrative support to CMO including managing a complex diary and tracking action lists on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis; attending meetings where necessary and managing personal time.
  • Support CMO on specific marketing projects both commercial as well as People-related (especially those requiring cross-team coordination).
  • Lead internal communications within the marketing team including arranging monthly town hall events and off-sites for example.
  • Coordinate any other cross-marketing initiatives or meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Teamwork spirit. 
  • Attention to detail.
