Job Description

● Collecting and analyzing information needed to improve communication with customers. ● Prioritizing customer satisfaction in making every decision and doing every behavior. ● Using tools and mechanisms defined in CRM for better interactions with customers. ● Making continuous phone calls and communicating with customers. ● Issuing sales invoice as a commercial document. ● Responding to representatives and foreign customers via email.

Requirements

● Proficient in English. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Regular and committed to performing assigned tasks. ● Strong communication and social skills. ● Orderly and responsible. ● Creative thinking and problem-solving power.
