Job Description

  • Customer interaction (requests, complaints) and coordination of final response. Use the ticketing system to register all cases.
  • Manual order capture (phone and complex orders).
  • Order processing, validation, and E2E follow-up.
  • CRP/VMI orders management.
  • Order ATP (available to promise) and stock allocation.
  • Delivery monitoring (e.g. POD).
  • Help the finance team in cash collection and overdue invoice chasing/disputes if required.

Requirements

  • ICDL knowledge.
  • At least an intermediate level in English.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong crisis management ability.
  • Think out of the box, and creative mind.
