- Promoting the organizational culture.
- Organizing marketing and networking events.
- Supporting the communications manager with the management of the company's external image.
- Drafting and editing communications materials and copies.
- Providing administrative support to internal teams.
- Preparing presentations and reports as requested.
- Assisting in drafting social media content according to the company's communication strategy.
- Maintaining calendars and appointments.
- Collecting data and maintaining databases.
- Tracking relevant internal projects and media exposure.
- Updating media contact lists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Upper junior level, passionate about people-person activities and employee engagement.
- Understanding media relations and digital media strategies.
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Solid editing and researching skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design concepts, and content management systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
