Job Description

  • Supporting implementation of communications strategies and projects.
  • Promoting the organizational culture.
  • Organizing marketing and networking events.
  • Supporting the communications manager with the management of the company's external image.
  • Drafting and editing communications materials and copies.
  • Providing administrative support to internal teams.
  • Preparing presentations and reports as requested.
  • Assisting in drafting social media content according to the company's communication strategy.
  • Maintaining calendars and appointments.
  • Collecting data and maintaining databases.
  • Tracking relevant internal projects and media exposure.
  • Updating media contact lists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Upper junior level, passionate about people-person activities and employee engagement.
  • Understanding media relations and digital media strategies.
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Solid editing and researching skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design concepts, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
