Job Description

  • Analyze current and potential markets (national and international).
  • Manage the value and cost management of complex work packages.
  • Manage communications between clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver profitability on assigned work packages and work with others to ensure the delivery of commercial targets across the project.
  • Manage risk and change in assigned work packages.
  • Monitor and manage compliance with commercial agreements.
  • Work to build constructive relationships with clients and suppliers alike to create long-term productive relationships.
  • Recognize and filter opportunities for optimizing new business development.
  • Establish systems and processes to create a framework fit for the purpose of a new and expanding business.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an MBA/DBA graduate.
  • Strong knowledge of market research.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction equipment import/export principles and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and pull off deals.
  • Good understanding of construction industry projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly motivated, and problem solver.
  • Financially and commercially astute.
