- Analyze current and potential markets (national and international).
- Manage the value and cost management of complex work packages.
- Manage communications between clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver profitability on assigned work packages and work with others to ensure the delivery of commercial targets across the project.
- Manage risk and change in assigned work packages.
- Monitor and manage compliance with commercial agreements.
- Work to build constructive relationships with clients and suppliers alike to create long-term productive relationships.
- Recognize and filter opportunities for optimizing new business development.
- Establish systems and processes to create a framework fit for the purpose of a new and expanding business.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an MBA/DBA graduate.
- Strong knowledge of market research.
- Advanced knowledge of construction equipment import/export principles and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and pull off deals.
- Good understanding of construction industry projects.
- Strong analytical skills, highly motivated, and problem solver.
- Financially and commercially astute.
