Inventory control in line with customer demand and the order point for goods.
Monitoring the receipt and analysis of production reports (examining material consumption, production levels, and waste generated) for use in production planning.
Forecasting and preparing production and material supply plans based on sales budgets, customer demand, inventory levels, materials in transit, production capacities, production downtimes, and other constraints.
Identifying unit planning processes and defining monitoring and measurement indicators, including the formulation of implementation guidelines for each process.
Production and raw material planning and monitoring its execution on annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly timeframes.
Machine and production line capacity assessment.
Reviewing reports on raw material inventory and assessing deviations from the required inventory for timely product delivery to customers.
Taking care of the purchase orders received from the planning departments of the company.
Looking for new sources of materials, instruments, and equipment.
Doing the commercial paperwork and correspondence.
Negotiating with the suppliers to get the best offers in terms of price and quality.
Following the company procedures to get the necessary permission for purchasing the required items.
Obtaining the import licenses from reference organization (MOH-MOC-Central Bank).
Following up on the customs clearance process.
Delivering the items to the related departments of the company.
Sending the necessary documents to the financial department of the company for payment to the suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3 years, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in inventory management and production control systems, purchasing, INCOTERMS, NTSW, TTAC, and bank procedures.
Familiarity with scheduling, work measurement, and production feasibility concepts.
Knowledge of preparing flowcharts for workflow and material flow.
Ability to oversee the design and control of production lines.
Familiarity with ICDL and advanced Excel.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Familiar with import regulations, and customs formalities.
