Job Description
- Record incoming calls and report to the superior manager.
- Receive and send emails related to work activities.
- Compile the required reports and submit them to the relevant manager.
- Receive, review, distribute, and send letters, and unit prospectuses to relevant recipients.
- Plan and coordinate the trips and missions of the superior manager.
- Follow up and manage the daily activity plan of the general manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
- Accountable and outcome-oriented.
- Attention to detail
- Strong command of English.
