Job Description

  • Record incoming calls and report to the superior manager.
  • Receive and send emails related to work activities.
  • Compile the required reports and submit them to the relevant manager.
  • Receive, review, distribute, and send letters, and unit prospectuses to relevant recipients.
  • Plan and coordinate the trips and missions of the superior manager.
  • Follow up and manage the daily activity plan of the general manager.


  • At least 3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
  • Accountable and outcome-oriented.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong command of English.
