Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient personal assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage tasks with a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

  • Organize and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.

Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Ensure all travel logistics are efficiently organized.

Task Prioritization:

  • Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to optimize the executive's time.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records.

Confidentiality:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Safeguard the executive's privacy and maintain trust.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and provide follow-up summaries as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CEO assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
