Job Description

- A business analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting the company's investment-related research. In collaboration with members of the investment team, this person identifies and analyzes potential investment opportunities. Investment opportunities currently include Venture Capital and Private Equity -The business analyst will conduct the necessary research to propose optimal decisions, taking into account the company's strategic direction. Her/his research will include the market and competitive landscape, dynamics, and future trends of different industries in Iran and worldwide -The business analyst performs market and macroeconomic analysis and can proactively identify and analyze the problem and provide optimal solutions. This person will facilitate identifying profitable investment opportunities by collecting data and analyzing them to insightful information -Analyze potential investment options through market research and interviews -Benchmarking of different business models in the international markets -Documenting research results in PowerPoint and Excel reports

Requirements

-Master of Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Financial Management, MBA -1 to 3 years professional experience -Specialist knowledge: •Desk research •Sufficient skills in working with reporting softwares (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word •Data analysis •General knowledge about the business environment and economy in Iran •General knowledge about the investment ecosystem in Iran •High proficiency in English -Soft Skills: •Active interview •Problem-solving •Strong communication •Multitasking and prioritizing different tasks •Ability to pay attention to details and the big picture at the same time -Personality traits: •Self-motivated •Self-disciplined •Get-the-job-done spirit •Quick and focused •Passionate for learning -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 35
