Requirements
4 to 5 years of analysis experience in multinational or financial services companies as a business planning/marketing analyst.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, with a finance background, or an MBA graduate.
Skilled in analyzing data to derive actionable insights and storytelling to key stakeholders.
Proficient in budget planning, change execution across sales channels, and using data analytics tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in a dynamic work environment.
