Job Description
Mobtakeran Goldiran Engineering and Consulting Co., one of Goldiran Group subsidiaries, active in CAC- HVAC, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a solid understanding of ERP and BPMS concepts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a leadership style that fosters collaboration and innovation. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive the successful implementation of solutions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the requirements gathering process, documenting user stories, and creating detailed functional specifications.
- Design and implement solutions using existing applications and systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Support in different layers to the end-users.
