The brand manager will manage strategic initiatives and projects including event marketing, mobile activation, PR and promotions. The brand manager will also brand assignment including strategic planning, day-to-day communication, creative approvals and routine business reviews Working on one of the best known brands in the category - this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Brand Manager who is looking for a fresh challenge to work on a key brand within the portfolio. The Brand Manager will be responsible for the overall Brand plans to include the brand strategy, objectives, and targets for its retail partner. Function: The primary function includes short and long term strategy to differentiate and build consumer loyalty while driving sales and penetration. This position is responsible for both analytic and strategic planning, leading cross-functional teams and outside agencies to develop and execute programs, packaging launches and product innovations. The Brand Manager will be responsible for engaging and alignment with Senior S&M Management, and Consumer Insights across Operating Companies to assure that brand plans are communicated and executed. Lead and inspire the long term brand equity building agenda across the Brands portfolio in Iran with sustainability and commercial feasibility. Work with distribution partners, sales and marketing team on creating local initiatives for brand building and development in Iran Market. Assist S&M Manager in marketing programs using global brand platforms. Purpose Statement: The company has an enviable and well established portfolio of brands that are rapidly growing share in their respective categories. The Iran is a focus region for growth within the company. All brands in the portfolio have made significant progress in the region. There is a new impetuous in the organization to accelerate growth across all the portfolios, for which strong and formidable equity platforms have to built. Principal Accountabilities: • Build equity for brands in the BM portfolio through Leadership and Entrepreneurial spirit. • Define product strategies and road maps. • Develop and implement brand vision and strategy for all brands in the BM portfolio within global guidelines. • Lead, develop and implement annual brand plans across the portfolio. • Build a strong 'win-win' team spirit with distribution partners. • Own and manage the regional A&P budget, make astute decisions on brand investment. • Develop meticulous launch plans for New Product introduction in the Iran Market. • Work with distribution partners to implement and monitor brand KPI's in distribution agreements. • Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products. • Undertake package development strategies. • Training & education programs for distribution partners and trade. • Market/Competitor research & analysis. • Sales and stock follow up with distribution partners. • Monthly sales analysis, depletions reports, business highlights. • Bring harmony and cohesiveness in the relationship with all distributors. • Develops and implements an integrated brand image and message throughout all advertising, packaging and promotional efforts. • Creative, ensuring the most motivating messaging reaches target consumers. • Develops effective and efficient advertising plans with agency to reach target consumers. • Assist S&M to maximize sales and profitability of the brand (s) in line with the yearly targets of the organization and concept's agreement. Requirements

University qualifications : BSc in Marketing, MBA or Master in Management Previous experience : 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG environment Specialist knowledge : • Project Management skills. • Time bound and good analytical skills. • Proven people management skills (communication, coaching, conflict resolution, decision making). • Must be a team player and be able to interact with all levels of the company; ability to work well under pressure; strategic thinker. Other Skills : Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point). Have good understanding of design and advertisements. Team-working spirit. Ability to work under pressure.
