Job Description
-Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events,
etc.)
-Search for new client leads.
-Manage relationships with existing customers.
-Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
-Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
-Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence
