Job Description

Arman Data is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, addressing any concerns and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.
  • The results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Availability for occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
