The account manager is responsible for:
- Prepare contract negotiations and quotations with the account steering expert.
- Negotiate contracts with existing accounts, agencies, and TMCs with a focus on revenue growth.
- Negotiate complex contracts with high-potential companies identified by new business and SME managers.
- Implement sales product solutions with the market offer coordinator.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and identify new revenue potential.
- Arrange and prepare customer visits based on sales visit preparations.
- Act as a distribution consultant for booking channels and methods.
- Facilitate distribution and collection of information to achieve sales and cooperation opportunities.
- Follow-up on customer meetings with analysis and action plans.
- Drive business cases with general manager sales and account steering expert.
