• Preparing detailed project briefs
• Establishing organized and professional relationships with clients
• Preparing accurate reports and providing regular project updates to the account team lead
• Accurately completing project brief forms based on client needs and delivering them to relevant departments.
• Ensuring each stage of the project is completed on time and according to quality standards and the Traffic Manager’s schedule
• Suggesting internal meetings to improve service delivery and project progress.
• Analyzing and communicating client requirements and creating a common language between client expectations and internal teams
• Reporting on the level of collaboration and interaction among departments to meet client needs.
• Attending external meetings, managing discussions to gain insight into current and future client conditions, and preparing the related minutes
• Creating and maintaining client information dashboards and archiving related documents
• Identifying client threats and opportunities
• Resolving conflicts to build positive communication between teams and clients, to improve client satisfaction and productivity
• Monitoring client budgets and providing the necessary financial reports
• Actively participating in client meetings and collaborating with teams to present and defend proposed projects.
• Accurately conveying client requests to internal units and engaging with teams to produce content that best aligns with client needs.
• Proposing revisions to certain processes to ensure the timely completion of projects
• Training and guiding new staff in the accounting team to strengthen teamwork
• Handling all contractual and financial follow-ups for clients and providing the required financial reports in accordance with company guidelines
• Providing necessary training to assistants and communicating training needs to HR.
• Leading, supervising, and managing activities related to the project assistant to support project progress
• Suggesting new offers and promoting new products to clients
• Managing top-level projects within the company
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiar with concepts related to advertising media
• Highy skilled in project management and CRM software
• Skilled in persuasion and influencing stakeholders across various business sectors
• Capable of building trust, prioritizing diverse responsibilities, identifying and solving problems, and understanding client needs
• Strong teamwork, time management, stress management, and communication skills
• Active, motivated, success-driven, and energetic
• Academic knowledge in advertising and marketing is considered an advantage.
