*Role Summary:
The PMO Expert is responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies, monitoring project performance, and supporting strategic objectives across the organization. This role drives efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement in project delivery while fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Leadership & PMO Management:
- Lead and mentor the PMO team, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
- Develop and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and processes.
-Project Planning & Monitoring:
o Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
o Provide detailed reports and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
-Risk & Quality Management:
o Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
o Ensure quality standards are met across all projects.
-Resource & Budget Management:
o Allocate human and financial resources according to project priorities.
o Monitor project budgets and control expenditures.
-Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:
o Maintain effective communication with senior management, project teams, and stakeholders.
o Follow up on management decisions and ensure timely implementation.
-Continuous Improvement & Standardization:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
o Standardize PMO procedures and performance metrics for efficiency.
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management or PMO leadership.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications preferred.
