Job Description:
• Lead packaging workstreams for NPD/EPD/VE projects.
• Define packaging specifications and technical performance requirements.
• Lead lab and plant trials and ensure technical readiness.
• Support supplier qualification and packaging material validation.
• Drive packaging sustainability and standardization initiatives.
• Maintain packaging documentation, specifications, BOMs, and technical risk assessments.
Requirements:
ᴧ Education: Bachelor’s in Packaging, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
ᴧ Language: English (advanced level)
ᴧ Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook), Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project
ᴧ Experience: 5-8 years Packaging Development experience in FMCG.
