Job Description

Conduct various training courses.
Create, organize, plan, and deliver various forms of face-to-face training, orientation, and skills training for employees.
Maintain records of training and development activities and attendance.
Review test and assessment results and requirements.
Re-train training materials prepared by trainers.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through evaluation, surveys, and feedback.
Prepare and implement training budgets.
Maintain training records and report training costs.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Educational Standard 10015.
Familiarity with various resources and institutions organizing training courses.
Advanced English.
Team player.
Familiarity with the principles and techniques of effective negotiation.
