Job Description

Objective of the role: Manage machines. List of responsibilities: ● Repair and maintain the machines and molds. ● Manage the manual workers. ● Reporting to: Factory manager. ● Subordinates: Injection workers. ● Length of probation period: 1 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Thursday (12 hours work per day). ● Travel requirements: Occasionally to our customers in Tehran. ● Gross monthly base salary: 9 to 12 Million Tooman. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Depends on the work output .

Requirements

● University qualifications: Associate's degree. ● Other certifications obtained: Familiar with injection machines and molds. ● Nature and length of previous experience: Familiar with Electrical and Mechanical and Welding subjects. ● Soft skills and personality traits: Teamwork, adaptability, leadership skills, communication skills.
