Job Description

Goroh Sanati Noavaran Abri, a pioneering company in the automotive industry established in 1985, is seeking a Technical and Engineering Manager to join our team in Pakdasht. The successful candidate will lead our engineering department, focusing on optimizing design processes, reducing costs, and enhancing product longevity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and excellent leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring efficient project planning and execution.

- Optimize design processes to reduce costs and production time while improving product lifespan.

- Analyze and troubleshoot mold errors, providing effective solutions.

- Oversee CNC, wire-cut machinery, machining, and heat treatment processes.

- Develop and implement design guidelines and maintain a database of developed molds.

- Prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management.

- Ensure precise technical documentation and cost management strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CATIA software.

- Familiarity with CNC, wire-cut, machining, and heat treatment technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of engineering materials, including various steel types, aluminum, brass, and engineering plastics.

- Experience in design optimization, cost reduction, and production time improvement.

- Strong leadership and management skills, including project management, planning, scheduling, team leadership, problem-solving, and error analysis.

- Strategic and innovative with a documented history of managing costs and processes.

- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to continuous learning.

- Ability to prepare comprehensive performance reports.
