POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead to own the technical direction of our OTT platform and lead the engineering team in building reliable, scalable, and high-quality systems.
Your responsibilities include:
· Defining and evolving system architecture and technical standards
· Leading technical decision-making across the product stack
· Reviewing code and ensuring engineering best practices
· Mentoring developers and raising overall technical maturity
· Balancing delivery speed, quality, and technical debt
· Integrating AI tools into development workflows to boost productivity
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
· Reviewing architectural decisions and system designs
· Writing and reviewing production-level code
· Guiding engineers through complex technical challenges
· Using AI tools for refactoring, testing, and documentation
· Collaborating with product and design on feasibility and trade-offs
· Proactively identifying risks and scalability issues
SKILLS
Technical Skills
· Strong experience with modern backend and frontend architectures
· Deep understanding of software engineering best practices
