POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – HealthTech to own technical architecture, engineering execution, and system reliability across healthcare-focused digital platforms.
You will design and lead systems that handle sensitive health data, regulated workflows, and mission-critical services—while setting technical standards, guiding engineers, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented development and intelligent automation.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own secure, scalable architectures for HealthTech platforms
• Lead technical decision-making across backend services, data systems, and integrations
• Translate clinical, regulatory, and product requirements into robust technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and operations teams
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce security and quality standards
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve system reliability, diagnostics, and performance
• Identify technical and compliance risks early and proactively mitigate them
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and long-term maintainability of systems

SKILLS

• Strong experience designing and leading scalable backend or regulated systems
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance-driven architectures
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems
• Systems-level thinking with strong architectural judgment
• Ability to lead through ownership, clarity, and technical credibility
• Proven experience using AI tools to improve development speed and system quality
• Strong communication skills to align technical execution with healthcare needs
