POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Hardware to own the technical direction, system architecture, and engineering execution of hardware-driven products and device ecosystems.
This role requires strong systems-level thinking across electronics, embedded systems, firmware, and integration with cloud or platform infrastructures. You will align hardware decisions with long-term product strategy, scalability requirements, and operational constraints.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining close collaboration with software, product, and operations teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Define and lead hardware architecture across product lines
• Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless integration
• Evaluate component selection, cost trade-offs, and scalability implications
• Guide prototyping, testing, and validation processes
• Ensure reliability, manufacturability, and long-term maintainability
• Identify risks across supply chain, production, and deployment environments
• Review technical documentation and hardware design decisions
• Use AI-assisted tools for simulation, optimization, diagnostics, and design validation

SKILLS

Hardware & Systems Engineering
• Strong experience designing and leading hardware systems
• Deep understanding of electronics, PCB design, and system integration
• Experience with embedded systems and firmware constraints
• Ability to evaluate component trade-offs (cost, performance, power, reliability)
Integration & Architecture
• Systems-level understanding of hardware–software integration
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and validation cycles
• Familiarity with product lifecycle and manufacturing processes
Reliability & Operations
• Knowledge of testing standards and quality assurance
• Experience designing for durability and real-world deployment
• Understanding of supply chain and production constraints
Leadership & AI-Native Execution
• Ownership of technical direction across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to align hardware development with product and business objectives
• Experience leveraging AI tools for simulation, performance analysis, and design optimization
