Develop/Maintain a general recruitment policy for the company.
Communicate with clients and Departments to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals.
Prepare an HC planning quarterly basis.
Perform different assessment policies for different levels.
Research into Clients Company.
Research into competitors and marketplace.
Identify prospective candidates/Talents using a variety of channels.
Conduct confidential interviews, Phone interviews based on competency
Follow-up references and check credits.
Present shortlisted candidates.
Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
Build long-term client relationships.
Advise/Train clients on best-recruiting practices
Analyzes the recruitment performance, cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning report.
Implement onboarding of newcomers.
Requirements
M.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any other related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (Preferred to be familiar with the Pharmaceutical industry).
Knowledge of Employment Laws and recruiting best practices.
Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours, when needed.
Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
Additional HR training will be a plus
Good English skills
