Role description:
● Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
● Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
● Determine selection criteria.
● Research the job market using various tools including social media, websites, universities and etc.
● Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential candidates.
● Conduct employment interviews with the STAR technique.
● Arrange job posts and manage requisite workflow in recruiting database (ATS) (e.g., managing requisitions and updating candidate records and status reports).
● Execute the onboarding procedure.
● Perform creative methods to improve the employer branding.
Requirements
● More than 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar roles.
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields.
● Have basic knowledge about technology job positions.
● Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
● Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
● Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
● Familiar with recruitment KPIs.
