Interview and Selection Procedures:
Develop and implement comprehensive interview and selection procedures, encompassing screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Job Descriptions and Interview Questions:
Craft compelling job descriptions and interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each position.
Hiring Forecast:
Work collaboratively with department heads to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruitment tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to strategize and forecast hiring needs.A proactive approach to employer branding and talent engagement.
