Job Description
We are looking to collaborate with a results-driven Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist who can manage the end-to-end hiring process—from accurately understanding hiring managers’ needs and designing sourcing and attraction strategies, to conducting professional assessments and managing the candidate experience. If you work with KPIs, have strong networking skills, and think beyond “filling vacancies” toward “building the right teams,” this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job description creation, job posting, resume screening, interviews, coordination, offer preparation, and initial onboarding support
Work closely with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements, competencies, seniority level, and evaluation criteria
Actively source candidates through various channels (IranTalent, LinkedIn, resume databases, employee referrals, events, etc.)
Conduct HR interviews and competency-based assessments, and prepare standardized interview reports
Manage recruitment processes via ATS/Excel, build candidate pipelines, and continuously update data
Improve the candidate experience and ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the process
Analyze and report recruitment KPIs: Time-to-hire, Offer acceptance rate, Source effectiveness, Funnel conversion
Contribute to strengthening employer branding through content, campaigns, and job ad optimization
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (preferably in fast-paced environments, startups, or high-growth companies)
Proficiency in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiting, targeted searches in databases, etc.)
Strong skills in structured interviewing and competency-based evaluation
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with excellent prioritization
Professional communication skills, strong negotiation, and effective follow-up
Familiarity with general HR principles, confidentiality, and related guidelines is a plus
