Talent acquisition specialists hire, train, and retain employees in an organization. Professionals in this position need strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in their work sourcing top talent and ensuring that staff members are productive and satisfied
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and continually optimize our hiring processes.
Location: Niavaran, Tehran.
Working hours: 8:30-17; Sunday-Thursday.
Requirements
Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or a similar role.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of English (written and oral).
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
Professional credential, such as HR Certification Institute.
