Job Description

● Source and hire technology professionals to fill technical positions. ● Conduct competency-based interviews. ● Arrange interviews by coordinating programs and participating in face-to-face interviews with managers. ● Source candidates through various channels, such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative method. ● Analyze candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to find out which ones are suitable for open positions.

Requirements

● More than 3 years of relevant experience as a technical recruiter. ● Proficient in recruitment software (ATS). ● Practical experience with various selection processes (eg CV screening, interviews). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Detail-oriented. ● Good listening skills. ● Fluent in English.
